True to its leitmotifs of “Striving for excellence” and “Sharing is caring”, the École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg (www.ehtl.lu) is making available to the general public and the international community of French-speaking hospitality schools the e/iBooks produced by its own specialist teachers.

It is with a view to sharing and excellence that EHTL is offering these new-generation e/iBooks free of charge. These electronic manuals offer not only up-to-date courses, recipes, recommendations and tips, but also videos illustrating the technical gestures of our specialists.

These e/iBooks are available in two formats, .ibooks and .epub, and are therefore compatible with all types of tablet. In addition, the Creative Commons license allows the material to be shared – copied, distributed and communicated by any means and in any format for non-commercial purposes.

EHTL’s collection of e/iBooks will be constantly expanded over the coming months and years, and English-language versions are also in the pipeline.
