Lycée du Nord’s Orientation Morning in Wiltz

On Saturday 18 January, a delegation from the EHTL took advantage of the Lycée du Nord’s Orientation Morning in Wiltz to present its school with all the know-how and interpersonal skills that characterise it.

Throughout the morning, four pastry and cookery teachers led workshops which were enthusiastically attended by more than a hundred lower cycle students who were eager to get their hands dirty. They learned how to make delicious savoury pancakes and how to make funny little marzipan miniatures.

The range of training courses offered at the EHTL was documented in a very informative way at the information stand in the foyer of the LNW, run by SePAS with the dynamic assistance of two students who had volunteered to sacrifice their Saturday morning to serve their school.
