Experience EHTL : students demonstrate their skills
From 1 October 2024, the Ecole d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg’s training restaurant will open its doors at its main establishment in Diekirch, 19, rue Joseph Merten.
The application restaurant gives students the opportunity to share the skills they have learned on their courses, in terms of cooking, pastry-making and service, with external customers.
The aim is twofold: to give young people a concrete opportunity to discover the pace and constraints of the professional world of gastronomy, and to give customers a glimpse of the skills developed through the training provided at the EHTL.
This restaurant, which is not intended to generate volume or sales, is not intended to compete in any way with other restaurants in the town. As it is a great success with the public every year, it operates by reservation only.

Experience EHTL is a unique opportunity to discover our school while enjoying an exquisite meal.
What you will experience :
Enjoy a refined three-course menu, comprising a starter, main course and dessert, accompanied by an aperitif of the day and a glass of Clarendelle or a Luxembourg white wine.
A personalised guided tour: After your meal, a student will accompany you on an exclusive 20-30 minute behind-the-scenes tour of the EHTL. Discover our workshops, our kitchens and the areas reserved for our students, while learning about our training courses and our philosophy.
