A 100% Koroneiki single variety olive oil
A Koroneiki variety is renowned for offering one of the best olive oils in the world, both in terms of taste and composition.
Very hardy, the little olive is typical of the steep slopes of the Peloponnese. The name of this variety probably comes from the village of Koroni, in the south of the Peloponnese peninsula.

A quality product made in the purest tradition
The olive groves from which EHTL olive oil is made benefit from the temperate climate of the Peloponnese. Koroneiki olives are harvested by hand, and the olive oil is produced using traditional methods in a sustainable manner.
Biological analyses carried out by an accredited laboratory, together with an analysis of the soil’s characteristics, have now made it possible to guarantee a high-quality harvest and end product.
“Respect for the environment and product quality are the producer’s watchwords.
The estate currently has olive trees between 40 and 150 years old. The grapes are cold-pressed, a method that guarantees excellent organoleptic properties. EHTL oil can boast the “Extra Virgin” and “Ultra Premium” quality standards.
EHTL olive oil surprises with its delicacy*, intense fragrance and aromas of fresh wild herbs.
*The acidity of an olive oil should be <0.8. EHTL olive oil has an acidity of 0.16. Its low acidity gives it an incomparable delicacy.

EHTL and Toula Vassilacou-Fassea
The EHTL was fortunate and delighted to be able to become involved in olive oil production through Mrs Toula Vassilacou-Fassea, former director of the European School Luxembourg and owner of an olive grove. A shared passion for taste led to this collaboration, which began in 2019.
