Do you want to learn how to manage a hotel and/or a restaurant? Here are some courses focusing on communication, marketing, teamwork and administrative tasks.

Are you passionate about cooking? Here are some courses that will teach you how to work as part of a kitchen team and independently to create dishes and desserts that will delight customers. Alongside cooking and front-of-house duties, you’ll also learn how to manage a catering establishment.
