Immersion into Well-being: A visit to the Mondorf-les-Bains Thermal Park

On Monday, October 21, 2024, the second-year BTS Hospitality Management class had the privilege of visiting the Mondorf-les-Bains Thermal Center, a complex renowned for its thermal facilities and high-end wellness services. This visit provided students with an in-depth understanding of the operational processes and management strategies of a health and wellness establishment of this size.

The visit began with a general presentation of the site. Mr. Vullo, the Rooms Division Manager Manager, recounted the history of the thermal center, explaining the origins of the thermal waters and their application in health and wellness treatments. Students also learned about the wide range of services offered by the center, from traditional thermal care to more modern spa experiences, as well as its sports and medical facilities.
