DREAMJOBS Ambassadors: Caroline ESCH

A graduate of the Ecole d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg as well as the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse, Caroline is now at the head of the Restaurant “Pavillon Eden Rose” in Kayl, which she has taken over: « I was lucky enough to have an excellent professional training through the schools I attended as well as through the various internships in the starred houses. I would like to encourage future young chefs to project themselves and to take this path.»
