DREAMJOBS Ambassadors: Ben WEBER

Ben has been head of the kitchen at the restaurant “Gudde Kascht” in Haller for 10 years. He trained as a chef at the Luxembourg School of Hotel Management and Tourism and is now committed to passing on his know-how to the apprentices he takes under his wing: “It is important to pass on our knowledge to the next generation. Nutrition and conscious eating are the basis of our beautiful profession”.
