A graduate of the Ecole d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg, Nicolas Szele worked in several prestigious establishments before joining his parents at the restaurant “Le Fin Gourmand” in Luxembourg: “It is above all the diversity of the profession that still inspires me today. Every day is a new experience and you can give free rein to your imagination in the creation of the dishes.”
